The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 4740 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §52-1-11b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to excuses from jury service; and permitting that current members of the National Guard or Reserves may be excused from jury duty.
